LaDonna Beauregard,
Vice President of Development
- LaDonna was engaged by IssueTrak as a consultant in 2001 and enthusiastically joined the ranks full time several months later. She has since coordinated the development of most major releases and add-on modules for our company. She is now responsible for overseeing development, quality assurance and technical documentation of our product as well as all internal applications used here at IssueTrak.
- Always eager to learn more about our clients, LaDonna has been known to lure unsuspecting prospects and customers alike into telephone conferences, dinner engagements and extended email conversations just to grill them about their issue tracking needs. She is adamant that this information is the secret to developing software that reflects what our clients feel is important in an issue tracking product. A self-confessed chocoholic, she often claims to be in this just for the chocolate -- playfully making grandiose promises to clients in return for the promise of a large chocolate payoff. The chocolate rarely materializes but many of her promises do.
- LaDonna has much admiration for the talents of the IssueTrak development team. She routinely brags about the dedication and heart her elite team puts into developing our software. She then explains that they give her Hershey kisses to say that. "I'm trained like a dog" she admits.
