17.2’s Improvements

Additional points of contact fields for Organizations.

Sort your points of contact within organizations with newly added fields! You can now set Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary points of contact for Organizations and contact the right people at the right time.

UI improvements to the issue search

17 brought about incredible UI and UX changes for your modern ease of use—and we haven’t stopped. 17.2 continues to offer an improved user interface to the issue search, so you can continue enjoying an updated user experience.

Rename Billing—any way you want

For those who’ve added our Billing Module, you now have the ability to rename the entire module to a label that best suits your usage.

  • For instance: If you use Billing primarily for minor office supply tracking, simply edit the module name from “Billing” to “Inventory”. 

Performance Improvements

We’ve been hard at work to keep Issuetrak as user-friendly as possible! With some issue-related code refinements, we continue to offer significant performance improvements to any feature related to issues, issue visibility, and permissions.

You'll receive this update automatically on December 10th after 10 p.m. ET and Test sites will be upgraded December 3rd after 8 p.m. ET. Otherwise, please contact the Support team if you'd like to request a test site or use the new version sooner.
