Happy 2022! With the new year comes new beginnings, new opportunities, and new goals. The Issuetrak team has been hard at work developing company-wide goals for this year, but we’ve also been setting personal resolutions for ourselves and our teams to guide us through the beginning of 2022 and beyond.
Here are some of our team’s resolutions for 2022:
“This year I want to have more one-on-one conversations with customers. I did some webinars and had a few conversations last year, but I'd like to have even more direct conversations in 2022.”- Jon Rivera, Director of Product Management
“My resolution is to improve automation for the IT team and beyond — and make all of our lives easier!” - Noel Lucas, Director of Information Technology
“In 2022, Customer Success departments will strive to exceed our customers' expectations and invite them to experience our culture of exceptional service and continuous improvement.” - Alex Goolie, Director of Customer Success
“In 2022 I will attempt to listen more — to speak to and listen to our customers, as well as Issuetrak’s employees and teams. I also hope to focus more on our goals and provide focus on how we should move forward in 2022 for the entire company. I hope to help reduce stress, workloads, and uncertainty.” - Dan Flowers, CEO
“My New Year's resolution is to find ways to be a better leader for my team. I'm looking for new ways to motivate people and encourage growth while keeping everyone engaged and on task to meet our goals.” - Lisa Cockrell, Director of Development
“My resolution is to listen to and implement customer feedback more often, and to connect with more customers in general. I enjoy listening to their feedback. More personally, I want to try and maintain better balance in my work and not stress about little things as much. Sometimes it’s okay if something waits until tomorrow — it will get done.” - Taylor Ross, Chief Operations Officer
