At the 2019 User Conference, we made a point to collect as much feedback from attendees as we could. Our customers are our best resources for feedback about what works, what doesn't, and what we can improve for the future.

We were thrilled with the number of responses we received from customers at the conference. With a plan in mind, our Development team set to work immediately on implementing a collection of the suggestions. Issuetrak 11.10 is the fruit of their labor.

Read on to find out what improvements, enhancements, and new features we’ve included in Issuetrak 11.10, based on direct product feedback:

Issue De-Escalation

Users can now de-escalate issues that have previously been marked as escalated.

Associated Issues

This new User Defined Field (UDF) type allows permitted users to link related issues to a particular issue.

Hyperlink UDF

This new UDF type provides a dedicated place for hyperlinks to be added to issues without having to manually place them in other fields.

UDF Tooltips

Users can add hover-over descriptive text to User Defined Fields.

Associated Quick Pick

See which Quick Pick (now known as Issue Template) was used to submit an issue by adding "Associated Quick Pick" to the Included Fields on your Custom Screen.

Issue Change Log

We've enhanced the Issue Change Log so that it now tracks changes to Issue UDFs.

Recurring Issues

You can now set the specific time of day that recurring issues will be submitted.

Report Writer

Survey completion information is now available in the Issues/Surveys data set in Report Writer.
