It’s time for another Traktip!
You may have heard about our product release, Issuetrak 12.0. This update comes packed with valuable new features, including our updated login screen, which now supports over 10,000 characters for text, HTML, and more.
While branding and customization options were limited on the login screen before, now admins have more options as far as what they can do with the space, including:
- Detailed login instructions
- Links to other pages
- Unique branding with customized logos and colors
- Useful embedded images such as diagrams, etc.
- Videos that can auto-play when users arrive on the page
- And much more!
Issuetrak’s Support Site is a great example of what your new login screen is capable of including -- it contains iconography, email links, phone numbers, schedules, and even an external link to information on our COVID-19 policy. The sky’s the limit to what your team can do!
How to Edit the Login Screen
1. Navigate to gear icon and select Site Appearance from the settings lightbox.
2. Type your HTML and words into the “Login Screen” box. You can use up to 10,000 characters.
3. Click “Update.” Now your Issuetrak login screen will reflect your changes!
